Brown thick vaginal discharge?

1 month ago my dog was sitting straight up in pain. stomach was tight and enlarged. per vet blood work was ok. x-ray was good. Abby was put on antibiotics and pain meds. after 1week all better. then all symptoms occurred again. same meds given 1 week later 2xray showed mass /tumor bigger than a golf ball in her 13puond body, we were told to take her home, and nothing could be done. i put her on holistic cancer diet asap. but now she has brown vaginal discharge, no odor just thick discharge usually after urinating can y help. she is on herbal drops es cleanser and nu vet pet vitamins please help.
