Where Can I Find A Fully Functional NNTP Forum Integration, Any GPL Forum.

I've been searching everywhere, for several days. I've spotted a integration to FUDForum, Drupal's Forum and finally phpBB but non of these are very functional and currently ain't in development. Please help me find this NNTP forum bridge, any forum really doesn't matter just need this bridge.
