Sex Issue! Its Been 2 Days And It Hurts When I Pee..?

So! this wasn't my first time or anything, but it is the first time me and dude did have 'sex'.. i mean yeah it's been maybe 5 months.. but 2days ago i had sex.. n 2day it kind of hurts towards the end of me peeing (lol).. i mean we didn't do anything special bcuz i was sort of at the end of my period.. can somebody tell me what in the world is going on (lol)
