What Can I Do To Stop Grinding My Teeth While Im Sleeping?

I grinding my teeth on a daily basis when I sleep. Ive tried many mouth guards with one even working pretty well so far but Id prefer not to continue grinding my teeth with a cushion in between. Any feedback is appreciated.
