Hi guys,

<br>I want to develop a web application using php and mysql which will enable users to create template and develop plugins for it.
<br>
<br>I have already created a simple CMS which displays articles, allows users to comment on articles, etc
<br>
<br>Now how to enable users to design templates for it just like wordpress, joomla, etc and also i want to allow users to develop plugins for it so that the application can be extended very easily and also i want to use Search Engine Friendly URL's.

<br>
